We believe that health is much more than just aesthetics. It requires a holistic approach, finding balance in all aspects of life, including nutrition, physical activity, recovery, and personal growth. By focusing on these interconnected areas, we aim to build a strong foundation for a fulfilling life, and inspire others to do the same.

We will be sharing our personal experiences, wisdom, and what we have learned as we strive to eat well, move regularly, recover fully, and grow both in our personal and professional lives. By sharing our journey, we hope to encourage and motivate others to start their own path to optimal health and well-being.

We understand that everyone is unique, and instead of telling you what to do or how to live, we aim to provide you with the knowledge and understanding behind the tools we use in our lives to remain healthy. We’ll be writing about topics such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mental resilience and more. Our goal is to build a supportive community where we can all learn from each other and help each other achieve optimal health and happiness.

Who Are We

Sean Candler

I am a chiropractor. I am extremely passionate about health, life, and the beautifully complex system that is the human body. While I take my fitness and health seriously by devoting deliberate attention to it, I do also have a playful side to my personality.

I believe with utmost certainty that everyone has the potential to take charge of their own health. My goal is to educate people about the power of their physiology and empower them to take action to improve not only their health but their life. Although I have always considered myself relatively healthy, it has taken me roughly a decade to truly understand what that word means.

I don’t claim to have all the answers, and I still have much to learn, but I’m happy to share what I have discovered so far. My philosophy on health is not the only way to think about it, but I hope others will find it useful. By sharing my experiences and knowledge, I aim to make the complex landscape of information about health and the human body more simple and actionable for others to improve their own health journey and live their best life.

Carla Tremolada

I am an Australian Trampoline gymnast and a Chiropractor. I value fun and endeavor to bring excitement and curiosity to the health and performance space. By using simple and powerful tools on my own sporting and health journey I have learned a lot about managing my mental and physical health.

My goal is to bring this simplicity and applicability to everyone without the noise and dilution of all of the conflicting information. Keep it as simple as “What’s the current science saying?”, “Can we use that or a version of that in day-to-day life?”, if not “What other or adjunct options are out there?”, and either way “What was my personal experience with it?”.

I hope for this blog to serve as a guide for you to take bold leaps with your health and continue to work towards a better life as I always strive to. Being human, making mistakes, and taking wins while eating, moving, recovering, and growing.
